Effective 1 January 2026. These terms govern use of the Renderell platform, API, agents, and related services.
By accessing or using Renderell, you agree to these terms. If you're entering into them on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind it.
Renderell provides an AI agent platform, APIs, SDKs, pre-built agents, and related services. Functionality evolves over time; we will not materially degrade the service during a paid term.
You retain all rights to content and data you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant Renderell a limited, non-exclusive license to process Customer Data solely to deliver the service and execute the actions you authorize. We do not train shared models on Customer Data.
You're responsible for configuring which actions agents may take and which require human approval. Renderell executes only the actions you've authorized through your policy configuration. Authorized actions taken by agents are deemed taken by you.
You'll implement and maintain commercially reasonable security controls to safeguard access to and use of the platform. Your controls will comply with prevailing industry standards and in no case represent less than reasonable care.
Renderell may not be used to violate law, infringe rights, generate unlawful content, attempt to circumvent rate limits or security, process data you're not authorized to provide, or deploy agents in scenarios involving safety-of-life decisions. We may suspend access for material breach.
Each party will protect the other's confidential information using at least the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information of like importance — and not less than reasonable care.
Fees are set out in your order form or pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your agreement.
Subject to the limits in your agreement, each party will indemnify the other against third-party claims as described in the master agreement.
The service is provided "as is" except as expressly warranted. AI agents may produce errors; you remain responsible for review where your policy requires approvals. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped per your agreement.
On termination, your right to access the service ends. Renderell will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period and then delete or anonymize it consistent with retention policies.
Each party complies with laws applicable to its performance under these terms, including export controls and sanctions.
Disputes are resolved on an individual basis. To the extent permitted by law, the parties waive participation in class or collective actions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated in advance.
